New Issue: UBS prices $5.78 million contingent income autocallables linked to three indexes

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, April 22 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.78 million of contingent income autocallable securities due April 22, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Nikkei 225 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.5% if each index closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any determination date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
