New York, Nov. 5 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.04 million of 0% capped index knock-out notes due Nov. 19, 2014 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A knock-out event occurs if the index falls by more than 20% from the initial level during the life of the notes.
If a knock-out event does not occur, the payout at maturity is par plus 8.5%.
Otherwise, the payout at maturity is par plus the index return, with exposure to any losses and any gains capped at 8.5%.
