Morgan Stanley plans six-month PLUS on iShares MSCI EM, Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 17 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 2011 based on the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket will be equally weighted.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any basket gain, up to maximum return of $10.90 to $11.20 per note. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The notes (Cusip 61759G174) will price and settle in December.
