New Issue: TD prices $15.73 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, April 15 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $15.73 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due July 12, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,120.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
