New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.33 million barrier securities linked to Euro Stoxx 50

New York, Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.33 million of 0% barrier securities due Oct. 2, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.625 times any index gain. If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
