Olympia, Wash., May 21 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 20, 2021 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 37.8%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
