New Issue: Citigroup prices $4.11 million barrier notes on Energy Select Sector

Knoxville, Tenn., May 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.11 million of 0% barrier securities due May 27, 2020 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain, subject to a maximum payment of $1,500 per $1,000 of notes.

If the fund falls but finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the fund from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
