New Issue: UBS prices $14.86 million PLUS linked to Energy Select Sector SPDR fund

Madison, Wis., Dec. 5 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $14.86 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2016 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $11.95 per note.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
UBS Securities LLC is the agent with distribution through Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
