New Issue: Goldman Sachs sells $3.95 million notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Eksportfinans

Chicago, Nov. 4 - Eksportfinans ASA priced $3.95 million of 0% notes due Nov. 18, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any gain in the index, capped at 152.275% of par.
Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% per 1% drop beyond 10%.
