Educate talking with bank group on amendments to fix covenant non-compliance

New York, Nov. 9 - Educate Inc. is in talks with its bank group regarding amendments that would correct non-compliance with certain financial covenants at Sept. 30, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The company is looking to modify the current covenant requirements as well as future requirements.

Educate is a Baltimore-based pre-K-12 education services company.
