S&P assigns A- to Dassault bonds

S&P said it assigned an A- rating to Dassault Systemes SA’s proposed senior bonds.

Proceeds will likely be used to repay a €3 billion bridge loan used to acquire Medidata Solutions Inc.

The rating is in line Dassault’s long-term issuer credit rating, S&P said.
