New Issue: China’s Dongxing Voyage sells $400 million 3¼% notes due 2024

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 15 – Dongxing Voyage Co. Ltd. issued $400 million of 3¼% guaranteed senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB+) due 2024, according to a listing notice filed with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Ltd.

The notes are guaranteed by Dongxing Securities Co. Ltd.

ANZ Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Citic Bank International, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, China Securities International, CMB International, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., ICBC International, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and Target Capital Management Ltd. are the bookrunners.

The real estate development company is based in Shenzhen, China.
