Moody's moves Dongxing view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. to negative from stable and affirmed the Baa2 local-currency and foreign-currency issuer ratings.

The agency also affirmed the backed Baa2 local-currency senior unsecured debt rating of Dongxing Voyage Co. Ltd., which is guaranteed by Dongxing Securities.

This follows the recent change in outlook to negative and rating affirmation of Dongxing’s parent China Orient Asset Management Co. Ltd., Moody’s said.
