Dexia Credit five-year notes talked at mid-swaps plus 16 bps area

Columbus, Ohio, March 29 – Dexia Credit Local SA (Aa3/AA/BBB+) is planning an offering of senior notes due April 9, 2026 with initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 16 basis points area, according to a market source.

Credit Agricole CIB, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Societe Generale are the bookrunners.

Dexia Credit Local is a Brussels, Belgium-based regional bank focused on sustainable development.
