Dryden 43 Senior Loan Fund seeks to refinance all secured notes

Columbus, Ohio, July 1 – Dryden 43 Senior Loan Fund/Dryden 43 Senior Loan Fund LLC have proposed a second supplemental indenture to make changes necessary to effect a refinancing of all classes of their secured notes by issuance of replacement securities.

The secured notes include the class A, X, B, C, D-R and E-R notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee. PGIM, Inc. is the collateral manager.
