China’s DFZQ eyes notes under $2.5 billion medium-term note program

Columbus, Ohio, April 21 – DFZQ is planning an offering of notes under its $2.5 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice of listing with the Stock of Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

Orient Securities (Hong Kong), Citigroup, ICBC International, ICBC (Asia), Nomura and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Hong Kong Branch are the arrangers and dealers.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

Proceeds would be used to refinance the group’s existing onshore debt and for general corporate purposes.

DFZQ, or Orient Securities, is an investment bank and brokerage firm based in Shanghai.
