DBRS gives BBB to Dream Industrial notes

DBRS said it gave a BBB rating to Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust’s C$200 million of 5.383% series F senior unsecured debentures, due March 22, 2028. Dream Industrial LP, a subsidiary, will guarantee the notes.

The rating is based upon an already-outstanding series of senior unsecured debentures, the agency said.

Dream Industrial will use the proceeds to repay debt and for general REIT purposes.

The trend is stable.
