Ditech Holding DIP financing use hearing adjourned to March 26

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., March 8 – Ditech Holding Corp.’s debtor-in-possession financing final hearing has been adjourned to March 26 from March 14, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The deadline to respond to the motion is 4 p.m. ET on March 19.

The notice did not give a reason for the adjournment.

As previously reported, the company obtained court approval to access up to $1.9 billion in DIP financing on an interim basis.

The financing is intended to support the company’s operations during the Chapter 11 process.

Ditech is a mortgage servicer, asset manager and portfolio owner based in Fort Washington, Pa. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10412.
