S&P affirms DBCT

S&P said it affirmed DBCT Finance Pty Ltd.’s BBB issue rating.

The outlook is stable.

The agency sees “stable and predictable cash flows generated by the asset under an operating framework that insulates the project from volume and operational risks,” it said in a press release.
