Dynamic International plan accepted by majority of voting creditors

Pittsburgh, Feb. 6 – Dynamic International Airways, LLC’s plan of reorganization was unanimously accepted by three of four voting creditor classes, according to a ballot report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Specifically, the one holder of $150,000 in priority secured claims, all 10 holders of $17,377 in convenience class claims and all three holders of $800,000 in residual governmental claims voted to accept the plan.

In addition, 13 holders, or 72.2% in number, of $37.78 million, or 69.1% in amount, of general unsecured claims voted to accept the plan, while five holders of $16.9 million of those claims voted to reject it.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8.

Dynamic is a High Point, N.C.-based airline. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 19, 2017 under Chapter 11 case number 17-10814.
