Tupelo, Miss., May 30 – Dominion Energy, Inc. priced $300 million of 4.25% 10-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB+) on Wednesday at par to yield Treasuries plus 140 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. were the bookrunners.
Proceeds from the deal will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay short-term debt.
The producer and transporter of energy is based in Richmond, Va.
