Duane Street to redeem five classes of notes on Nov. 20

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Duane Street CLO II, Ltd. and Duane Street CLO II, Corp. called their five classes of notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed Nov. 20 at the amounts listed, which reflects par plus accrued interest:

• $7,301,001.66 of class B notes;

• $23,063,647.52 of class C notes;

• $18,593,744.74 of class D notes;

• $11,872,598.91 of class E notes; and

• Subordinated notes at 100% of proceeds of remaining collateral until the amount of all payments achieves the specified internal rate of return and then 75% of any remaining collateral proceeds.

The notes were issued in 2006.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
