Dakar Finance to redeem 9%/9¾% senior PIK notes due 2020 on Dec. 19

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 8 – Dakar Finance SA plans to redeem its 9%/9¾% senior holdco pay-if-you-can notes due 2020, according to a notice.
The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 19 for a total redemption price of €35,297,500, which comprises the principal amount and accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date of €297,500.
The record date is Dec. 18.
U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee. Elavon Financial Services DAC, UK Branch is the paying agent.
Dakar Finance is the holding company of Autodis SA, a Paris-based distributor of aftermarket spare parts for light vehicles.
