Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund intends to refinance notes due 2028

Olympia, Wash., March 26 – Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund/Dryden 36 Senior Loan Fund LLC is proposing to enter into a supplemental indenture to its notes in connection with a refinancing, according to a notice.

The issuer plans to make changes to the indenture in order to issue new class X-R2, A-R2, B-R2, C-R2, D-R2 and E-R2 notes and redeem the following classes:

• $3.2 million of class X notes due 2028;

• $434 million of class A-R notes due 2028;

• $85.4 million of class B-R notes due 2028;

• $60.2 million of class C-R notes due 2028;

• $36.4 million of class D-R notes due 2028; and

• $28.7 million of class E-R notes due 2028.

The refinancing date is expected for April 15.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.
