China’s Datang Telecom sets talk at 5.45%-5½% for three-year benchmark renminbi notes

Atlanta, Sept. 23 – China’s Datang Telecom set final talk at 5.45% to 5½% for its offering of renminbi-denominated notes due in three years, a market source said.

DBS Bank and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the notes, which will include a change-of-control put at 101%.

The issuer is based in Beijing.
