Delhi International Airport to sell $300 million seven-year notes

Virginia Beach, Jan. 27 – India’s Delhi International Airport (Dial) is planning to price a $300 million offering of seven-year notes (BB), a market source said.

The deal could price as soon as Tuesday, the source added.

The notes will be sold via Regulation S.

Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan, Standard Chartered Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities are the bookrunners

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
