France’s Domus Vi talks €355 million seven-year notes to yield in 6 7/8% area; pricing Thursday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., July 31 – France-based elderly care services provider Domus Vi talked its €355 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (/B/) to yield in the 6 7/8% area, a market source said.

The deal is expected to price shortly.

Joint bookrunner Goldman Sachs International will bill and deliver. Deutsche Bank and Natixis are also joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.

Upon release from escrow, proceeds, along with proceeds from the equity contribution, will be used to finance the acquisition of the company by PAI Partners, as well as to repay bank debt and pay interest on the existing convertible bonds.
