Moody’s pulls DynCorp ratings

Moody’s Investors Service said it withdrew its DynCorp International Inc. ratings following its acquisition by Amentum Government Services Holdings LLC. The purchase closed last month.

Moody’s said it withdrew its ratings because DynCorp’s rated debts were repaid as part of the acquisition.
