DVI gets extension to exclusive periods

Washington, Nov. 17 - DVI Inc. obtained 60-day extensions to its exclusive right to file a reorganization plan and its exclusive right to solicit votes.
The order giving the Jamison, Pa.-based medical equipment finance company until Nov. 29 to file a plan and until Jan. 29, 2005 to solicit votes was filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware Wednesday.
The company filed the request at the end of September when its exclusive right to file a plan was scheduled to end.
DVI filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 25, 2003. Its Chapter 11 case number is 03-12656.
