New Issue: Duxbury, Mass., details $83.45 million sale of G.O. municipal purpose loans

New York, Sept. 7 - The Town of Duxbury, Mass., priced $83,447,000 of series 2012 general obligation municipal purpose loans, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold competitively with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. winning the bid, Thomas Connolly, the town's treasurer, said on Friday.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2037 with 3% to 4% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to construct a crematory, a fire station, a police station and two schools.
