Duke Realty files automatic shelf covering stock, preferreds and debt

Knoxville, Tenn., April 30 - Duke Realty Corp. and Duke Realty LP jointly filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration for the corporation covers common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, warrants, stock purchase contracts, units and guarantees of debt securities.

The registration for the partnership covers debt securities.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Duke Realty is an Indianapolis self-managed real estate investment trust.
