S&P affirms Duke Realty

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB+ corporate credit rating on Duke Realty Corp. along with all other ratings.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings acknowledge the solid operating performance of the company's large, well-diversified core portfolio and its strong, vertically integrated development capabilities, S&P said.

These strengths are tempered by the company's substantial development pipeline, which has weakened coverage measures and includes some speculative development, the agency said.
