JPMorgan gets tenders for $227.2 million notes exchangeable for Dufry

Chicago, Nov. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA said holders had tendered $227.2 million, or 64.9%, of cash-settled exchangeable bonds due 2021 referable to ordinary shares of Dufry AG.

Final settlement will occur on Nov. 9, according to the notice.

As announced Oct. 10, the bank was offering to purchase the exchangeables at a purchase price of $185,000 per $200,000 principal amount until 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 6.

For the tender, the interim settlement deadlines were 11 a.m. ET on Oct. 16, Oct. 23 and Oct. 30.
