S&P revises DS Smith view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook on DS Smith plc to stable from negative and affirmed the BBB- long-term and A-3 short-term issuer credit ratings and on the company.

S&P also affirmed its issue ratings on its senior unsecured debt.

“The outlook revision follows the publication of DS Smith's results for the financial year ended April 30, 2019 (FY2019). It is also supported by the two asset disposals, which we expect to close in 2019,” S&P said in a news release.
