DS Kulkarni board to consider raising nonconvertible debenture issue

Norfolk, Va., April 3 - DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd. informed Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will meet on April 8 to consider a proposed issue of nonconvertible debentures.

DS Kulkarni is a Pune, India-based real estate development company.
