DryShips gets extension of loan covenants waiver until Dec. 31

New York, Dec. 1 - DryShips Inc. extended the waiver of covenants under its credit facility through Dec. 31, according to a 6-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednsday.

The waiver extension was obtained on Nov. 25.

DryShips is based in Athens and provides marine transportation services for drybulk cargoes and off-shore contract drilling oil services.
