D.R. Horton to price $350 million 10-year senior notes on Tuesday

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 11 - D.R. Horton Inc. plans to price a $350 million issue of 10-year senior notes (Ba2/BB-) on Tuesday, according to a market source.

RBS Securities Inc. is the bookrunner. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are the co-managers.

The notes are non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

D.R. Horton is a Fort Worth-based homebuilder.
