Fitch changes D.R. Horton to positive

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed D.R. Horton, Inc.’s issuer default rating and senior unsecured debt at BBB- and revised the outlook to positive from stable.

Fitch said the positive outlook incorporates its expectation that the company will keep leverage at the currently low level at this point of the cycle and will continue to make progress in shifting its land strategy to be more modestly weighted toward options.
