Barclays plans to price seven-year protected notes linked to the Dow

Madison, Wis., June 12 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index gain, subject to a maximum return of 56% to 63%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
If the index falls, investors will receive par.
Barclays is the underwriter.
The notes (Cusip: 06741TXA0) will price June 25 and settle June 28.
