New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.14 million enhanced buffered jump securities on three indexes
New York, May 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.14 million of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due April 30, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above the 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 20%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
