New Issue: JPMorgan prices $174,000 4.9% yield notes linked to S&P, Dow
New York, July 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $174,000 of yield notes due Jan. 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 4.9%, paid quarterly.
If the worst performing index gains or declines no more than 20%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed coupon.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performing index beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
