New Issue: JPMorgan sells $115,000 uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes on indexes

Chicago, June 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $115,000 of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes, due Feb. 1, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any gain of the worst performer.

If the worst performer loses up to 15% of its value, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of its return, resulting in a maximum return of 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 15%.
