New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.13 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes on three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, July 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.13 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due May 29, 2026 linked to the worst performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the worst performing index and 24.5%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
