Cibelli reports 14.89% stake in Dover Motorsports

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 13 - Investors led by Cibelli Capital Management, LLC bought 413,600 shares of Dover Motorsports, Inc. stock between Nov. 9 and Nov. 12 priced at $6.94 each, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors now own 2,482,049 shares or 14.89% of the Dover, Del., motorsports marketing company.
