Moody's: No change for Dover

Moody's Investors Service said it maintains the following ratings on Dover Corp.: senior unsecured domestic currency ratings of A2, senior unsecured shelf domestic currency ratings of provisional A2 and commercial paper domestic currency ratings of P-1.

According to the agency, Dover's A2 rating reflects a business profile incorporating adiversified product portfolio and geographic mix as well as substantivesize.

Quantitatively the rating is supported by consistent profitability,strong cash flow generation, modest leverage, and excellent liquidity, the agency added.

Moody's said it anticipates that Dover's earnings, operating cash flows and creditmetrics are sustainable over the intermediate term given moderate organicgrowth expectations and as contributions from recent sizeable acquisitionsare folded-in.
