France's Doux postpones €400 million seven-year notes offering

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Nov. 12 - France-based poultry processor Doux SA cited adverse market conditions as it postponed its €400 million offering of seven-year senior notes, an informed source said on Friday.

HSBC, SG CIB and Barclays Capital were the global coordinators. Natixis Bleichroeder and Credit Agricole CIB were the joint bookrunners.

The Chateaulin, France, company had planned to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
