Douglas Dynamics to launch $185 million credit facility on Wednesday

New York, March 8 - Douglas Dynamics Inc. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Wednesday to launch a proposed $185 million credit facility, according to a market source.

JPMorgan is the lead bank on the deal.

The facility consists of a $60 million revolver and a $125 million seven-year term loan B, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Douglas Dynamics is a Milwaukee-based designer, manufacturer and seller of snow and ice control equipment for light trucks.
