Dorsett Hospitality intends to issue bonds through Barclays, Citic, others

New York, March 19 - Dorsett Hospitality International Ltd. announced plans to conduct an international offering of bonds.

According to a filing with the Hong Kong Exchange, the company will begin a series of meetings with institutional investors.

Barclays Bank plc, Citic Securities Corporate Finance (HK) Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch and HSBC are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.

Hong Kong-based Dorsett Hospitality International operates hotels in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Malaysia.
