Moody's rates State University of N.Y. bonds underlying A1

Moody Investors Service said it assigned an A1 underlying rating to the State University of New York's (SUNY) series 2005A educational facilities bonds, which were issued through the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (Dasny).

The bonds were originally issued in a par amound of $172 million.

The series 2005A bonds are insured by FGIC.
