Donear Industries may issue convertibles

Seattle, May 29 - Donear Industries Ltd. may raise funds by issuing convertible bonds, American Depositary Receipts or Global Depositary Receipts, according to a company notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The Mumbai, India-based textile manufacturer said its board of directors will meet on June 4 to discuss the possible issuance.
